This blog exists for the sole purpose of making me accountable for running consistently. As I type this I have run three times in 2014. Once on January 1. Didn't go so well. Twice since then:
Run 1: October 13, 2014. Ran 6:00. Went .71 miles.
Run 2: October 15, 2014. Ran 6:36. Went .78 miles.
See you on October 17, 2014, when I am going to add 10% more, which means I should run for 7:16.
